The Ranch in the Pines is an awesome place to stay. It is very clean and organized. The drawers and cupboards have all the utensils and cookware needed. Lots of fun’s things to do and the wildlife is amazing. Great communication from the host

Truly appreciated the cleanliness and overall beauty of this location! Owners were fantastic! Anything you could need was well stocked. Owners were flexible in our unique requirements. A couple of folks in our party enjoyed the location so much that they plan to return in the coming year.

Our family came in for a wedding at a venue in Black Forest. The house was perfectly located and suited for the entire family. We also got to enjoy the community of Black Forest with food, drink and a local craft/art show. Great accommodations!

Wonderful wedding weekend

Our son got married only minutes from this home away from home. The house was clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. It was perfect for getting ready for and relaxing after the celebration. The hosts did an excellent job of communicating. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Family Friendly

June 2023 Family vacation and this house was perfect for our family. We took excursions everyday to local hot spots (Pikes, Peak, Royal Gorge, Manitou Springs, Garden of the Gods, Castle Rock Outlet Malls, Helen Hunt waterfall) then came home to a restful and relaxing house with a hot tub. The basement is awesome with games and a huge TV area for the kids. Deer and Horses are in the backyard sometimes. We had an age range of 65 to 18 months. Kitchen was stocked with so many amenities. Such a great location on a lot of land. Thank you Travis!

Perfect for families

Pines Ranch made a perfect home base for my large family during my daughter’s wedding weekend. It is one of the most well-stocked rentals I’ve stayed in. They have thought of everything. It was like Cristina’s morning when my grandkids discovered the cabinet of toys! We enjoyed hot tub soaks,. The hosts were quick to respond to communication, checked in to see if we needed anything, and were very accommodating.

Family Wedding Weekend

The property was perfect for our families and our trip. We came to Colorado Springs for my sisters wedding and it was the perfect places to have the bridal party come for hair and make up the day of and meeting place before and after adventures. The property worked well for us with 2 kids who needed entertaining and the kitchen for family meals. The best part was the communication with the property owners, they were very easy and accommodating.

Great stay in Colorado Springs

We stayed here for a couple of nights to visit Pikes Peak and Colorado Springs. we had a great time, the house was great. Clean, roomy and the kids absolutely loved the basement. Check-in was super easy and communication with the host was great. We would definitely stay here again.

Great, relaxing stay

We visited Colorado Springs for a family wedding. This house had so much to offer and was a perfect fit for our family visit. The basement was great for kids and allowed the upstairs to be a quiet space for our infant. The highchair and baby gate were so helpful and made us feel right at home. What a nice view and peaceful backyard. Everyone enjoyed watching the deer and even the horse next door. Overall, great experience. Very responsive property manager, too!

Birthday Weekend

We wanted a place to celebrate our son's 18th birthday, and this was perfect! Plenty of space in the house for 5 18yr old boys and then 5 adults as well. We really just needed a place to sleep though because we spent all of our time outside enjoying the property! We brought our cornhole boards, a disc golf basket, played wiffle ball baseball, enjoyed the outdoor dining set and the hot tub. Such a great family/friend weekend and loved getting those "kids" off the gaming systems and outside, making memories. Thank you for a great stay!

Perfect for families

This was the perfect place to spend a weekend with friends and family. There is so much space to accommodate a large group and activities to go along. The air hockey table and large property kept everyone entertained and occupied. It was a wonderful stay and the owner was very quick to respond when we needed something. Would recommend this to anyone looking for a relaxing family stay.

This property is conveniently located close to town but also private enough to feel like you’re out in the country. The owner was nice and responsive. Property was comfortable for everyone staying and had many cute details (even snacks). I would come back again

Incredible place & amazing hosts!!

We had the most incredible time at this home. It was absolutely everything described in the listing and MORE!! The hosts were amazing... great communication. All questions are answered in great detail in documents at the home. These hosts have thought of everything!! The place was super clean and the amenities were fantastic! They even went above and beyond for my family! We will never forget this wonderful experience!
