The house itself is beautiful; great location, very clean, perfect layout for a large, mixed group, comfortable beds and linens, nice quality of furnishings. The problems we had were with the management company. It started with the lack of response to repeated requests about the possibility of early check in and/or late check out in the weeks prior to our check in. Then we had issues with the WiFi and not enough towels as well as overflowing garbage cans by the garage the day we checked in. Despite multiple messages sent both on the VRBO app and on the phone number provided by the host, we did not receive any response until the night before we checked out. The last issue was the kitchen is very poorly equipped for any type of actual cooking. The pots and pans were extremely limited and what was there were in horrible condition (old, scratched and very cheap quality). That was very surprising in a house of this size, quality and rental cost.
