This was a great hotel to stay at. It is right off the highway so there is great accessibility to explore around Colorado Springs. There are plenty of food options around and the view of the mountains from the hotel cannot be beaten. The staff were pretty friendly and helpful too.

Clean, quiet and safe! I stayed here for 5 days, I was traveling alone (5ft tall female) and I felt totally safe! I was able to sit outside after dark with out any concerns. There is dining at the hotel or just across the street. Close to a lot of shopping as well. I moved here after 1 night at a sketchy hotel a couple mile away, so I was very thankful for the comfort!

Disappointing Experience I was repeatedly woken up by noise from the room above, and a barking dog kept me up all night. When I brought this to the front desk’s attention, their response was underwhelming—they apologized and handed me a 15% breakfast coupon. That felt cheap and dismissive, especially given the lack of sleep and overall poor attitude from staff. Definitely not the level of hospitality I expected from Hilton.
