You will be welcomed with a sparkling clean space & thoughtful touches including coffee, spices, & oil. The 2 bedrooms & 1 full bath have been freshly remodeled. Keeping your comfort in mind, we have included an LED Smart TV, radiant heat, private parking, & laundry (coin-op). We are excited to host your stay!

This two bedroom apartment at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac is the nicest place I have stayed in Colorado springs. The bed was very comfortable with a variety of pillows and blankets. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook my meals and the space was quiet and relaxing. Easy access to major roads made the location very convenient.

The property was conveniently located within a short distance from all the main attractions and was very clean and had everything you’d need for your stay. My only complaint would be some of the neighbors really enjoyed shooting off fireworks late at night which can’t be helped unfortunately. Otherwise we had a great stay!

Great little place

It was very clean. The downstairs neighbors are loud and you can hear them well into the night. The owners communicate well and are super nice. We accidentally forgot our 4 year olds security blanket and they were quick to respond. Hopefully they’re mailing that now. The kitchen is the most well equipped of any place I stayed, although the bathroom is bare minimum. They had a pack’n’play for my 18 month old which was awesome. I’d definitely stay again.
