Disappointing stay, maintenance issue and communication issues with host
Our stay at this property was disappointing due to several maintenance issues:Dining Table Set: The entire set is unstable—simply cutting a piece of bread causes the table to sway. One of the two small seats wobbles uncontrollably. At just 11x11 inches, it's clearly meant for a child, not an adult. It's shocking that no one has checked or fixed this.There was dust and cobwebs absolutely everywhere. Garage Door: Malfunctions frequently. It often reopens itself when nearly three inches from closing.Microwave: The interior plastic is peeling off, exposing rusty metal. We even saw sparks while heating soup. This is both a fire and health hazard, as plastic pieces fell into our food multiple times.Shower Door: Lacks a stopper, causing it to slam into the wall when opened.Mattress: Far too soft, creating a sinkhole effect. We weigh 94lbs and 120 lbs and we still found it impossible to sleep comfortably.Customer Support: We attempted to report the garage issue, but the person who answered internationally could not guarantee a callback—and no one ever followed up.This property urgently needs maintenance before it’s safe and comfortable for guests. Communication with the host was very difficult. Would not book again unless these issues are addressed.
