It's not one hotel, the apartments are spread across a couple of buildings and it was not easy getting in and out. We had a studio quadruple room which was a decent size, the bathroom was tiny and the kitchen had no utensils or crockery, so could not cook.

This is a basic no frills hotel. Clean, comfortable and a good location especially for Christmas markets, which is what we came to koln for. Central station is about an 10 min walk. Excellent location and the staff is probably the friendliest people in koln.

Had a very pleasant stay here. Property is very centrally located and a short walk to all attractions. Very clean and comfortable. The reception staff were very pleasant. They have a secure luggage room where you can store your luggage before/after check in/out. Recommended.

The pillow was a bit too soft for me. The rooms next to the entrance of hallway would expect noise from the hallway. Good quality of sound proof windows towards the street though.

I enjoyed my stay at this property and would recommend it. The room was a bit smaller than I expected but not an issue. It was safe, quiet, and clean which are the most important to me. The staff was very nice, patient, and friendly. My German is not good but they no issue answering my questions. The area is central so I could walk almost everywhere I needed to go.
