"Great location close to the harbour. Great amenities. Room was a bit too tight based on other hotels that i have stayed at for the price i was paying. This was the only hotel that did not include parking on the daily rate, a but disappointing because it was the most expensive stay in my whole trip to the maritimes"

"A long way from downtown, but reasonable and quiet (other than some random noise repeating thought night). Check in was super slow and frustrating as only I girl seemed to be on task. Close to the usual box stores for supplies. I wouldn’t stay here if I had to come into downtown for work purposes as Halifax traffic is a dreadful joke."

"The room is clean and the hotel is central. The hotel is a little dated, but very well maintained. The hotel staff were very hospitable. Mirvi at the front desk went above and beyond. Even though it is dated, we would recommend and stay again if returning to Halifax"

"Great location. Across the street from the bus stop that brings you from the airport. The Scotia Centre, is also across the street and has a food court if you want to bring a bite back to your room. There is a car rental place across the street too. I’d definitely stay here again next trip to Halifax."

"The facilities at Hearthstone Inn Boutique Hotel are a bit dated, but the room rates are reasonable and include a simple breakfast. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and we especially enjoyed taking walks along the river near the hotel."
