We loved spending time by the lake. The hotel has provided many chairs and picnic tables for guests to enjoy the beautiful summer weather. We also enjoyed our room with the great view of all the paddle boarders and dogs having a swim! We will definitely stay again.

We stayed for two nights and requested adjoining rooms through Expedia. I called to confirm 24 hours before our check-in to find out from the hotel directly that the hotel has no adjoining rooms. This was a problem as we were travelling with kids and wanted to have an open door between our rooms. We were travelling with a pet so we were assigned two rooms in the pet section. The carpet seemed wet and smelly. The units in the dog section are along a long hallway of the old Perth hotel. There are three doors to the parking lot that are constantly in use and a lot of loud talking and smoking near the doors that comes into the hallway. Did not feel secure or safe. The air conditioner and heating unit did not work. The fridge was incredibly loud all night long. Instead of a real comforter or blanket, they used a very silky sheet. Staff were very nice, breakfast was OK. Will definitely not stay again.

We stayed here four nights of our holidays and the hotel was great. The area was nice and quiet and the hotel overlooked a lake which was so beautiful. The staff was friendly and the two rooms we stayed in were good. We stayed with our teenagers and they made sure our rooms were beside each other The breakfast was good with lots of options and alternatives as well.
