So convenient to downtown. A bit pricey. The underground parking is a bit of a nightmare—pay the extra for valet! Very nice property, great view, excellent amenities.

We stay here regularly and have 4 more stays this year. (8 nights)The room is very comfortable and quiet and the staff are attentive & excellent. The area to work on is the Breakfast buffet. This is the second time we have been greeted to subpar food from the old sausages (some were uncuttable) to warm stale potatoes. The thick chewy bacon we avoid as well. The breakfast staff are exceptional & dealt with our concerns best they could. We will avoid the breakfast buffet in the future. We lost power in the room on the final morning so that was an inconvenience as well. (gave us a free night parking to compensate)😃 Having said that we will still be back as the good outweighs the not so good in many ways. We were also told at check in because we book through Expedia that upgrades are unavailable. Booking direct with Prince George is the way to go apparently. In my opinion loyalty to a hotel should receive some benefits regardless of how it is booked.

Overall very nice staff, clean hotel and it was conveniently located. But these were the worst beds we've ever slept in at a hotel. We had to use both Queen beds because the sides closest to the nightstand had deep canoe like depressions on the bed (sides further away were better but if 2 people were in the bed, 1 would roll into the other). Also huge pillows that were very firm/not squishable. Used a towel for a pillow instead. Btw that and the hand soap container that needed 2 hands to squeeze the soap out (and we're not old and don't have grip issues), and an empty shampoo dispenser... we were surprised at the poor experience. Especially for the price!! This is a fairly nice hotel but those amenities made it seem like a cheap motel!

Our stay here was a pleasure. Everyone was cheerful and accomodating every step of the way. The place is lively. When our in-room coffee maker stopped working at 6:30 in the morning, there was a brand new one up and running within a few minutes. Special shout out to concierges Raoul and Andy - they were so helpful and gave great suggestions for where to eat and what to do.
