Great landing in difficult crosswind
Seats on plane I upgraded. Like sitting on a bench.
Was very disappointed to find out my fare was in US dollars and not Canadian dollars. Fare was much too high. Not using this site again!
Would have been nice to have my bag checked for Free, as Air Canada did when I flew with them in September.
UA tries to meet needs
Add charging stations on seats when possible. Thanks
Flight delayed a half hour and had a gate change. Was notified by text and knew before gate agent
The baggage fees should be more visible in seat prices.
Flight attendant outstanding...!!
Seats are way too small! Uncomfortable!
Was asked to move back because there were more people in front than in back but was not offered any compensation for losing my 4th row seat....
Excellent support for handicapped elder. Thank you.
