The staff at reception was nothing short of rude. Inconsiderate and no customer service at all!!!! It is almost like they do not want your business I will never return. We choose the option to pay at the property, however they charged my card the morning of my reservation and I planed to use a different card as the one I made the reservation with was just the closes one to me. It cause my account to go into overdraft amd incuring a fee. They did not even so much as apologize. Was just very argumentative with ne.
