Great stay with key card issues

Our stay was excellent overall, but slightly tarnished when both our keycards failed to work on the elevator and room door, and the replacement card also did not work 100% of the time.

Property , room , and staff were all great! Breakfast area was really dirty even though I arrived 5 minutes after opening . All tables and floors had not been cleaned up from what looked like the day before mess.

This is a large hotel which functions as a conference centre, and hotel hosting large sport teams and bus tours. There are significant delays for elevators at peak times. The shower did not drain. This hotel is in a convenient location and you are able to walk everywhere. My stay was average and I expected more

The room was cold. I would set thermostat to 24 Celsius and it felt like the AC was blowing cold air. Beds were comfy and warm though.
