Wonderful place!

We booked this hotel as a last minute accommodation on the way home from our vacation. Our room was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. This appears to be a renovated property (as opposed to new), but the renovations were very well done. Price was great. Breakfast was good, had many cold and hot options. Would stay here again if our travels take us to Cincinnati again.

Had a very bad experience when we arrived from out of state the amenities were not update like in the photos and has things that definitely needs to be updated and approved and also the smell caused my daughter to have a flare up of her medical condition and when I asked to cancel and get a refund hemu (manager) got very irate and refused so still to this day they’ve charged me for my stay and my deposit even though I had to relocate to a different hotel then entire stay.

The hotel was just as we expected it to be . well staffed and clean. breakfast buffet was VERY nice and the gal kept refilling everything as it was used. SO quiet also and we were close to the lobby. I will return next year for the tennis tournament and stay there.
