At check in our room did not have air conditioning that worked properly. The young Caucasian manager was so helpful and attentive to my needs and the needs of my son. The following morning an Indian male was the manager and he was never at the desk. I waited 22 minutes at the front desk with my child in order to get my room key reactivated: when my refrigerator stopped working I had to wait 16 minutes for him to come inside and notice that I was at the desk waiting. The Maintenance man was a doll and I truly appreciate him. In the third morning we were there, no breakfast was served. The make indian manager assured me that breakfast started at 7 and I missed it. Very surprising since it’s documents that breakfast starts at 630 and I was informed of the same at check in… I also went down every hour to check and he then informed me that the lady who serves breakfast was not there. Thank goodness when we checked out that nice manager from our first night was there.

Room was not as booked. Breakfast was non existent. The room we did get smelled and bathroom appeared to have mold on walls. I would never stay here again even if it was free!

The room that I had reserved was given away. I showed up after 2AM and I was told that I did not have a room despite having a reservation. I have never experienced anything like that in my life. Who gives away a reserved room?!

They had bed bugs! When we brought it to the attention of the staff they did not seem surprised nor would they look at any of the pictures we had. The manager of the property was extremely rude. They would not let us use their dryers and would not even give us a couple dollars to use the guest dryer so we didn't bring the pests come with us. They did not call us back when I called them nor did they give us any type of a discount or anything for having to leave at 6:30 a.m. Sunday morning. The manager made up excuses on how their drawer would be short if they gave me the money to dry my clothes. I don't carry cash. It really put us out of our way. The manager lied Said she was never there Monday morning when I called I said you were on the other line and she said oh, yeah, I came in late and left early that day. They were aware of the circumstances Sunday morning at 6:30, and I didn't receive a call back from her until Wednesday evening Only because I contacted Wyndham. Very rude people not to mention there was a blue ring of someone else's shampoo bottle in the bathtub and we didn't get the proper amount of towels which shows the bathroom was never cleaned. Nothing came out. Of talking to the manager. The only thing she did was upset me more. Never once did anyone say I am sorry for the inconvenience. Nasty rooms and nasty attitudes from the people who work there!
