Initially we were put in a room were the heat did not work. The staff was quick to check it out and move us when they couldn’t fix it. The new room didn’t have a tv remote and again the staff took care of it. When I was showering I found out that the conditioner and the body wash was empty and the tub was in disrepair. The room wasn’t filthy but wasn’t as clean as it could’ve been. So the long and short of it is the staff was wonderful but the hotel needs some work.

The room was nice except for the bathroom. There was hair in the shower and it was extremely dirty. Went to the front desk and asked that it be cleaned before we returned from dinner. It was cleaner but not 100%. The pool was freezing cold that you could not use it. Hot tub was ok but I taker warmer showers.

We had to change rooms when we arrived. The electrical to the TV, lights on the dresser and refrigerator were not working. Also when my wife used the sink, it flooded the floor. They reassigned us a different room immediately. That was good. The front desk clerk did his job and was polite but he seems not overly enthusiastic about working
