It was a very clean aparthotel room with great amenities, including kitchenette and laundry. It was a convenient location, walkable to many dining options and close to botanical gardens. Be mindful of reception hours. I arrived after reception had closed and was unsure how to get access to my room. Fortunately, I was able to call the number in the booking, and they were able to give me remote access (there are "after-hours" procedures).

This hotel is in the perfect position for enjoying Christchurch. The room was surprisingly large and well appointed. The staff at all levels were pleasant and helpful. This was a10/10 experience, and great value. If we go back we'd certainly stay there again.

You could not get a better location in Christchurch. Just across the Avon river under a grove of old oak trees the Quest's location means a short 2minute walk into the best of Christchurch. The bus station is 5 minutes easy walk, so is the beautiful Botanical gardens, Arts centre, Town Hall etc. Lovely room with excellent facilities.
