Great staff and they called when room was ready and stored our luggage for us. It was a visit for my daughter's 21st birthday and the location was brilliant as she is at the uni there. Lovely, clean and quirky room and very quiet too. Breakfast was also really nice and again, great staff.

Whilst i was in the shower, i found water leaked from the front (soaking the bathroom floor). The lift didnt work upon my arrival, which was an inconvenience with my luggage."
