"The Good Nice hotel next to the rail station, so very conveniently located. It is an easy walk into the city center, and Oxford is pretty small so everything is very close by. Our room was in the annex with a shared bathroom. This turned out to be a bonus because outside of the main hotel building there is major construction! Evidently it's been going on for 3 years according to the locals we talked to. The shared bathroom was just outside of our room and was separated from the rest of the rooms on the floor so it really felt like our own. There is a sink in the bedroom, so you can brush your teeth in the comfort of your own space. The staff are super nice and helpful with recommendations and accommodating needs. They let us use their kitchen refrigerator to store some food we bought at the nearby Sainsbury Local. The Caveats Due to the ongoing construction, traffic is diverted and it seems the buses run along the street next to the annex. It can be kind of noisy until the wee hours when the buses stop running. Construction vehicles start up first thing in the morning, and travel on the street in front of the annex so just be aware."

"Pros - Very clean, air con excellent, staff superb and very central indeed! Lovely toiletries provided. Cons - Can hear outside noise but this was expected being so central and in a busy high street. Shower was very powerful and filled tray but it didn't cause an issue for us. Overall a good stay at this hotel."

"Location was excellent for sight-seeing. There is no parking so be prepared to walk to the parking garage at the shopping mall which is about a 15 minute walk. It was hot when we were there and we were not really prepared for that. But overall, we loved the hotel and our stay in Oxford."
