Very convenient location, able to walk everywhere and leave the car in their car park which was great. Lovely welcome at reception, very comfy bed, clean room with tea making facilities. Everything we needed for our three night break. Thank you.

Horror customer service

Terrible stay which started by a manager running into the car park and screaming at us before we established we were actually guests. When we complained about his attitude he told us we could leave.

The property was great! We were allowed to check in early to stay out of the rain which was very kind! The bed was comfy, but a little small! The TV was great!
