No AC or elevator but only one floor so not too bad (and weather was cool). Property had ample parking. Good location: only a short bus ride to city centre. Room had lots of outlets for charging your stuff (big plus these days) 😄. Small coffee shop and convenience store just steps away.

Simple room with friendly service.

Excellent service at check in and check out. Simple basic room. Good pressure in the shower but could be hotter. Excellent pillows but mattress a bit soft for me. Good variety of tea/coffee and toiletries provided. Some rooms face a busy road so can be a bit noisy at times but generally quiet and a short bus ride into the city centre. Great car park.

December stay

Lovely guest house in a good location. We arrived earlier in the day before check in but were able to use the car park, called to say we had arrived and went off for the day - when we returned our keys were ready for us. Would stay here again.

Great value for money on a busy weekend in Oxford. The room was small, but warm and had all we needed. The bed was comfortable. Only small complaint was the shower stall was small and the water pressure was weak. Front desk staff was helpful and polite.
