I love this property! If you are heading into Chicago to see a show this is such a wonderful location, one, and two the aesthetic is amazing. We enjoyed our stay .. purpose of stay was going to the Cadillac Theatre for a musical .. I am only giving a 4 star due to the destination fee $32 we were charged additional at hotel .. never was told at front desk check in . it was for 2 free bottles of water, Wi-fi usage and free access to fitness room - which we did not use at all .. be aware of this when you book
