Charge $100 deposit but no notice.

Room overall was not bad. There was a sign on the elevator that it was out of service when we checked in but was removed shortly afterward as it was just fixed. Would love that the hotel would mention before you book the room, that there is a $100.00 deposit that is due when you check in and if you pay in cash will get reimbursed when you check out, but pay with card will take a few days to refund. If known this would notbhave stayed as it cut into our vacation funds and $100 does not go a long ways anymore.

Great location - nice hotel

Hotel was in great location- super clean but hot tub wasn’t working. Otherwise staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was quiet and spacious. Will stay again.

Traumatizing

We got stuck in the elevator, was told 3 kids and 2 adults were too many people. There’s no signs indicating this, my granddaughter and step daughter are now scared to ride any elevator. Eating area was too small and we were not allowed to take food from there to our rooms. To get clean towels we had to take the dirty ones to the desk. We went there to have a family getaway and it was traumatizing to the girls. Pool smelled like a dirty fish bowl, hot tub was covered up unable to use. Overall was a bad experience. Staff wasn’t concerned about our complaints. Staff said the capacity of the elevator was from when it was new, since it was old it was now 4 people. Staff told me this as we were stuck in the elevator. With excess heat for over 10 minutes.

We booked two rooms for our family and had cleanliness issues with both. Upon arrival, noticed the floor had not been swept, there was a puddle of water at the base of the bed, and the coffee table was also unwiped with crumbs all over it. As three of my children have celiac disease, this was a concern due to cross-contamination. Front desk agent provided us with Clorox wipes so we could clean it up ahead of ordering supper to the room. Later that evening, we found that the microwave in our second room hadn’t been cleaned as there was a large container of old pasta with a metal fork sitting in the microwave from a previous guest. Front desk said they would pass on my info to hotel manager, hotel manager has not yet contacted me

I didn't like anything. Hotel was dirty (including bed sheets), breakfast food was terrible and area outside was full of shady people who were smoking weed. Will never stay here again nor recommend.

Okay stay

The overall room was clean and comfortable. My issue was the complimentary items (lotion and soap) were previously used but propped up like they were new items. The shower head was esthetically pleasing but the functionality of it was terrible making it difficult to get a good shower. The gym equipment was not worth using but we have a membership at Anytime Fitness so we exercised there.

Smelt like cigarette smoke the second I walked in my room. Stains on both bed sheets. Pull out sofa had crumbs in it when I pulled it out. Black mold looking stuff in our ac unit. The luggage cart poles were duct taped together and when I brought it to my vehicle with my luggage it broke apart in different spots.
