Front counter

Room was overall clean. Lobby area was very nice. Two ladies worked at the counter while we were there and one yell at my son and his friends for playing on the pool table. It wasn’t past the curfew hour and was unnecessary. We would stay again if that lady wasn’t up front.

Traveling with my 9 year old son we love Tru By Hilton. The lounge with a pool table and tons of board games was great for us! Breakfast is always great at Tru by Hilton! Parking was easy with no hassle and our room was spotless. I will continue to look for Tru By Hilton first every time I visit a city!

Great place, clean rooms, one Con was that the lobby restroom (ladies) was not a pleasant area when needing to use the restroom immediately. Other than that it was an overall great stay!!

This was our second stay at a Tru by Hilton in Charlotte and we were not disappointed. The hotel was clean from the lobby all the way to the room. The water pressure in the shower was great as well & provided toiletries smelled amazing.
