Absolutely the worse. I will never book Red Roof again. and I will never recommend this place to anyone. First, the key wouldn’t work. So the clerk let us in with master key but told us that one of us would have to stay in the room at all times because he wouldn’t be coming back out to unlock it again. Then, no heat in the room. We literally used the hair dryer under the sheets to stay warm. This was during a snowstorm and it was 18 degrees outside. Then no hot water. Then the worst part. I had to leave the next morning to get a rental car. My wife checked out at 11 but was told to wait outside til I returned. They would not let her wait in the lobby. It was well below freezing outside. If I could I would give this place a negative 1000. They should be shut down and this hotel be condemned. Not even sure at this point if it’s an actual hotel or a front for something else. I will definitely be reporting this to local and state officials

This hotel looks NOTHING like the picures on the Expedia site. I have reported this bait n switch to Expedia. This is a dump. Dirty, smelly, sketchy people all over the place, smoking and whispering to each other. Makes me wonder if they charge by the hour? Front desk clerk is a liar and charged me claiming i was a noshow to avoid refunding me because once i arrived at the property at 10PM i would not checknin there due to aforementioned reasons - good thing i was recording him saying he would not charge me which i will be proving to the BBB, Expedia and my CC co when i file my dispute . Liar, Gross, Dirty, Thief and Dangerous. STAY AWAY.
