great location, had two rooms one was freshly painted, found a little mode on a spot in the bathroom, overlooked by housekeeping before turning the room back open for customer. Might have been left be the construction crew worker redoing the hotel rooms. look like a broken piece of banana. The other room was ok; the lighting could be updated and change out lights with charging connectors to charger telephones. the staff was nice and was willing to refund the money if not satisfied with room, found a better room on 4 floor that was ok. i would return if i had to stay there agin. breakfast was good. parking was ok.

BEWARE. DO NOT STAY

BEWARE. Please stop listing this hotel. The first room had mold and actual window unit in wall was covered in mold and wall was crumbling around it. Second room, the beds were stained and no coverings on mattresses. They understood why I didn't want to stay there. Thankfully hotels.com refunded the stay.

When I booked this I was not advised that it was under construction. The pool was closed, there was dirt and debris all around the outside. Had I known it was being remodeled, I would have booked elsewhere.

Disappointing

The hotel was under construction, and this was not noted/communicated to the booking site. The pool was closed- likewise, not disclosed. The main hallways did not appear to have air conditioning, which is an essential in North Carolina in August (or they were just not strong enough). Carpet was ripped up in the stairwells; the elevators were covered in warnings and construction material; the air conditioner in the room was a replacement window unit not strong enough to cool the entire room. For a hotel in this condition, you should not have been charging full price.

Yuck

No where did it indicate in reservation that it was under renovations. Pictures did not match the actual condition of the room. The smell was unpleasant. Maid woke us up at 930 trying to clean a room we had not checked out of. Would not recommend. Next door is $5 more and looks nicer.

The hotel is old and undergoing renovations. The pool is no longer there. Our room was comfortable albeit dated. Breakfast was adequate. Overall, a fine stay.
