The ONLY problem I had was not getting housekeeping. When i arrived and the front lady asked did i want it i said YES. Next day i had to call front desk three times and one of the times the lady got an attitude with my fiance. They finally dropped off towels but didnt make up bed or nothing. We stayed two nights. But OVERALL great and i would recommend. This my second time staying there.

My first time and before i book this hotel i did my research and the reviews i saw was 10 out of 10 and i must say i experience everything i read about this hote..Excellent hotel i really enjoyed my stay here and i will definitely come back. I recommend you book this hotel you wont be disappointed. The staff and the guest were so nice and mannered.

Nice hotel. Cleaning needs improvement. The floors were not cleaned well. The toilet smelled like it was not cleaned. I always bring my own Lysol and disinfecting wipes. Great location if you’re seeing a show at Spectrum Center. It was directly across the street.
