"The pool’s wall had a grease stain around the entire pool. I was quoted one price and was charged another. Just outside room 804, coffee had been dropped and it ran down the wall and a puddle on the floor. Never was it clean the 3 days I was there. The shower drained so slow I was always standing in an inch or so of water, thankfully I had shower shoes. The front desk was not cordial at all, seemed to always be in a hurry. I asked about retrieving my vehicle from valet parking early, 4am. One person said go talk to valets, the other said I had to call 10 minutes before I came down. I did and it still too an additional 10 minutes to get my car, even though I was the only one waiting. The furniture in lobby looks worn. At the restaurant bar I asked for just a burger. Bartender said I had to order fries and their specialty burger, I’m not sure if it was fish sticks or mozzarella cheese between the buns because I didn’t eat them or the fries."
