Courtyard by Marriott Philadelphia Downtown
"I would have rated all a 5 star however; I had an issue with my door unlocking when I went to the front desk, they attempted twice to reset my keys in which I had to keep going up to my room to see if they worked. On the second time they said maintenance would meet me in case it was a mechanical issue. I waited almost 40 minutes at the door. Walked back downstairs only to be told by the front desk, "well he should have been there already". I walked back upstairs to meet the maintenance when I walked off the elevator and he stated, "I left your door propped unlocked so you can get in, you can lock it when you are in, but I'll be back to fix it later". I was perplexed that he would leave my door propped UNLOCKED without me there. That is a safety issue. Front desk was not overly nice which should be an expectation for a front desk position."
