"The air conditioner was good. Had good water pressure. The food was good. The continental breakfast was always hot coffee 24 hours a day seven days a week they need to clean the rooms better and fix the phones and refrigerators. They barely work."

"Location is fantastic and rooms are clean. Front desk staff was friendly but the hotel seems to have an antiquated booking system and they had difficulty in managing changes, key cards stopped working, and in room there were issues with hot water and switches for lamps. Its still great to stay in the heart of downtown, but the hotel is aging."
