When I tried checking in the receptionist argued that there was no reservation under my name. Then, that someone had checked into my room already.After 20 min I was given a room that was not my original room. The lady was rude and raised her voice at me more than once. Glad I was there only one night. Pool water was green by the way.

The outside of the property is not inviting when you drive up. You are confused because you arrive on the back side of the hotel and think that is the entrance and it looks unappealing to say the least. Once you got to the correct door it was much improved.

This is a hotel that's really struggling; no AC in the halls, a van driver who can't take folks to the airport at 9:00 AM, because he's also the guy who has to prepare, monitor and clean the lobby breakfast. We couldn't leave till 9:15 and people were getting antsy, but it wasn't his fault. They are pretty understaffed. I tipped the front desk staff because they were always kind and very helpful during my stay. I'm sure they hear a lot of complaints from the guests but they always had a smile and were eager to help.
