The check in process was extremely welcoming and smooth. However, we found that the property was quite run down and quite dirty. Stained carpet, lampshades, no hot water, etc. it was a very quick stay for us no matter, so we managed fine and the staff was very kind.

The first thing we observed when pulling up to the main entrance was a dark parking lot. I went into the lobby to the front desk to check in and while checking in three other guest walked by smelling so strongly of alcohol . As I left the check in desk through the front door those same three guests were standing about 15 feet away smoking marijuana.

The front desk was rude and not knowledgeable about prices of their rooms. Over charging for your stay quoting one price and charging you another. They WANT give you a receipt. When you ck out then that’s when you find out about the charges. You try to call to speak with the GM whom she never returns your calls. I would NEVER stay there AGAIN. They steals your money. Yes. STEALING is going on there . They come off all nice and friendly until you ck out. They go in your ACCOUNT and take your money without YOUR PERMISSION. That’s stealing if you NEVER authorized. People beware we are living in desperate times.
