The Holiday Inn Express and Suites in Pineville is a great place to stay. Staff is welcoming. Property good. However, on this trip they were stretched because of new maid staff.

We liked that we were on the 1st floor ,it was convenient for us. Didn't like that our card key didn't work . And then when we got in our room the tv didn't work, and had to change rooms. And they don't have breakfast on Saturday morning.

Front desk staff were super nice and welcoming. The room however was terrible. Bed linens were dirty and stained. The bathroom had clean towels but had not been cleaned. Someone else's toiletries were still in the shower and there was hair all over the floor. Shower head was not good either.

The room was spacious & clean. The breakfast was hot & delicious. My only issue, but no big deal, was the wifi. It would be spotty at times, and sometimes drop off.
