Charming and luxurious apartment located on the first floor of the historic Don Leonardo Sgobba palace built in 1855.

In the heart of the center, it is less 10 minutes by car from the Castellana Caves.



You'll love his paintings, the floor with vintage mosaic patterns and the spectacular terrace where you can enjoy excellent breakfasts or if you want relax on summer evenings sipping good wine and eating some typical Apulian food (Such as braciole alla barese or Cozze alla marinara).



The terrace of our apartment, equipped with table and chairs, overlooks the Church of San Francesco D'Assisi.



Beautiful apartment on the first floor of a building, without elevator. You need to go up 50 steps to reach the apartment; so it is not particularly suitable for elderly people or families with small children.



In 130 square meters of space, it comfortably accommodates five people.



Kitchen. Equipped with microwave and traditional oven, moka, dishwasher, electric kettle and various kitchen utensils.

Living room. Sofa bed for one and a half and a 32 television.

Bedrooms. Both with double beds.

Bathroom. Shower box with bidet and toilet, hairdryer and washing machine.

Parking not included, you can park for a fee on the blue lines in the street for the price of 50 cents an hour.



All identity documents of the guests must be presented on arrival as required by Italian law. Please note that check-in after the specified time must be agreed directly with the structure and provide a supplement as follows: - 21.30 - 23.00: € 25.00; - 23.00 - 24.00: € 30.00; - 24.00 - 01.30: € 40.00.



Caves of Castellana are a cave system of inestimable importance for the worlds natural heritage. These limestone caves, discovered in 1938, are the country's longest natural subterranean network of passages. The caves teem with a huge variety of native wildlife, and an extraordinary range of underground landscapes, with some of the world's most surprising stalactite and stalagmite formations Inside these caverns, natural light streams through the ceiling, filtering down into darkness and creating curious visual effects, which change according to the time of day and the season. Don't miss the so-called White Cave, which is often the most shining cave in the world.



The Castellana Caves are only 7 minutes away by car, or you have to take the train from Castellana Grotte Station (8 minutes away on foot) and take the L1 train towards Grotte di Castellana.



The Bari-Karol Wojtyla International Airport is 50 minutes away by car.

By public transport it is 1 hour and 30 minutes taking the train from the Airport to the Bari Centrale station and then take the L1 train to Castellana Grotte Station and continue on foot for about 10 minutes.



Alberobello, for a trip out of town, is only 15 minutes by car or taking the train to the Alberobello stop in 45 minutes.
