Fijn en groot appartement.
Een fijn, ruim appartement welke gunstig in een veilige omgeving is gelegen om allerlei activiteiten te ondernemen. Tevens een meerwaarde is de parkeergarage gelegen onder het appartement die gratis gebruikt mag worden.
Het enige wat ontbrak was een fohn.
