A few steps from Martinez beach and the Croisette, 10 minutes from the Palais des Festivals, our bright Mike apartment is located on the 5th floor with elevator. Recently renovated, fully air-conditioned with a pleasant south-facing terrace.



From the entrance, you access the large kitchen, the living-dining room and the terrace. A double bedroom (160 bed) with a large wardrobe, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet.

A second bedroom with two single beds or a 180 double bed and a large wardrobe.

Parking spaces are quite easy to find in the surrounding streets, and the Lamy public car park is a 5-minute walk away.
