I recently stayed at this villa in Cancun and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The property is in quite dated condition, and overall maintenance appears to be a significant issue.One of the biggest concerns was safety. The main entrance door slams shut with considerable force, which could easily cause injury, especially to small children. Additionally, several windows and doors were in precarious condition, including shattered glass and makeshift, unreliable locking mechanisms. This did not inspire confidence in either safety or security.The beds also need serious attention. The mattresses are worn out and uncomfortable, and the linens were in very poor condition—honestly some of the worst I’ve experienced in a rental.To make matters worse, I was unable to get the washing machine to work for the entire duration of my stay, which was very inconvenient.Overall, the property does not meet the expectations set by its listing, and I would strongly encourage the owner to address these maintenance and safety issues before hosting future guests.

Our host Raul was awesome. The overall condition of the condo is not the best, but Raul is always available. The location being right on the beach was perfect and the view from the condo was absolutely stunning.
