"Terrible. My husband ended up in hospital for 2 nights after eating in the A La Carte. He had prawns, the most likely cause of his acute, rapid onset violent symptoms of D and V with subsequent loss of conciouseness. They deny all and refuse any possible causitive link with his illness. "

"The villa was lovely, well kitted out.we enjoyed the pool and the views. The garden and pool area were very private. The pool had a jet you could swim against. The local Spa shop was very well stocked, and the local restaurant was worth a visit and just a 2 min walk."

"Spotlessly clean on our arrival, beautiful view and a great location, away from the crowds but easy walk to some beaches.The pool was lovely and the house had everything we needed to self cater for the week."

"Only stay here if you are happy walking up and down steep hill to beach- otherwise a car is necessary - there is no shuttle bus. Apartment spacious. Great view of the bay! Good parking in free underground garage. Kitchen fine but equipment basic. Needs grater, plus oven dishes and more utensils and large glasses. Bedding very old … looking rather grey and worn. Another chair in the lounge would be beneficial as not enough seats for 4 adults to sit comfortably. Kitchen cupboards not in good condition. Wonky and loose doors."

"Gerard and his wife Fabienne were extremely welcoming.The Villa is superb and they even put up Christmas decorations in every room and also decorated 2 Christmas trees.
