We are right on the Estuary adjacent park great views from property.Kite surfers directly in front when windy,sit out the front or inside to see view while enjoying a coffee or wine. 3mins to restaurants coffee,shops,walking or cycle way 40meters away to go along edge of Estuary all the way to Bunbury and the DOLPHIN center and beach. Set up for holiday mood lots of wildlife minutes away best of being close to amenities yet minutes from natural setting. Great for walks crabbing cycling fishing or a base for exploring the region. Close to Bunbury if doing business.
