#1 Cleanliness was subpar. Hallways need a vacuum really bad. I saw a condom in the middle of the hallway.....the condom was post package ......YUK! EEWWWW! I did report it to the front desk and they did have it removed shortly after. But I stayed 2 night and no vacuum in the hall at all. I'm in the hospitality industry (Management), I know what to look for. #2 The ENTRANCE to the bathroom is a sliding glass door that doesn't give the user any sound or odor/scent privacy. The sliding glass door has spaces around the door when fully closed. AND! The sliding glass door is frosted glass but not solid frosted. It's frosted enough where you can see the silhouette of the user moving around. No bathroom privacy of any kind if you have someone else staying with you. #3 The Shower doors are installed wrong. They dont slide close as they are supposed to. The handles are opposite and on the wrong side. I would give this Hotel Zero Stars but I gave it 2 Stars because they do have an Excellent Breakfast for the guests. Very good presentation and very good food. A large variety of breakfast choices. The Hotel staff was nice and attentive and responsive.

The breakfast wasn't great, the buffet was disorganized and messy, with people leaving their used cups and dishes all around. Other than that, the hotel was nice, clean and updated.

Started horribly - computer issue during check-in. Felt bad for the 2 young women at the desk as they did all they could but had serious issues with Hyatt support. Took well over an hour to check-in. They should have at least been given instructions for what to do in this type of case. There was no excuse for those ladies to go through what they did, nor for the customers that queued up trying to get their rooms also. BTW - I was the first in line when the issue occurred so the hour plus delay wasn't do to being queued... Everything else about the stay was good but that check-in experience was the worst I've ever dealt with - by far.

This is a pricey hotel and breakfast was subpar for hotel in this price range. Not enough room to sit during the busy time and food was not refilled fast enough either. Maid service also subpar. We were only there for two nights which means they only had to clean the room once, and that didn’t happen. I had specifically asked for it to be cleaned during the timeframe we would be out and they did not. They came to clean when we were changing so I asked them to come back in half hour (3:00) and they never came back. The evening front desk person was not that helpful and couldn’t have cared less. On the other hand, the front desk person in the mornings was amazing! She was empathetic and did adjust our bill for the inconvenience. I really appreciated that.
