We arrived early from our flight and were curious if they would hold our luggage while we went to Knott's Berry Farm. We were delighted to not only have them accommodate us, but they were able to get us into our room two hours early! The rooms were very clean and the beds were VERY comfortable. We also enjoyed the breakfast and coffee in the morning. We would definitely stay again.

The room door had a gap in it at the bottom allowing whatever outdoor creature to enter . I called the front desk and she said there were no more king beds available and to wait until the next day which would be very unsafe. I then had to pay extra to move to another room because there weren’t any king rooms.

DO NOT GO HERE, dirty loud and unsafe electrical outlets exposed and smelled and had stains on couch. Front desk was very rude and short with us. No sense of compassion or patience. When asked for a refund they ghosted us and did not give us an answer

They were infested with cockroaches, and when I told them about it and try to get a refund or even credit to another facility, they told me that there was nothing they could do for me, not even bug spray And the staff was very rude
