The hotel is very old and not kept in good condition. Our room phone had no cord, the shower had mold, the toilet handle fell off, and the walls are paper thin (you hear everything). However, it has great proximity to the park and does have a fridge and microwave.

I stay here twice a year when attending a conference. I am not present much during the day, but it has always met my needs. It is clearly well run. I have had no problems with noise at night or noticed anything shady going on. Mainly there are families visiting Knott's Berry farm.

Didn't see any hot tub. Coffee maker in room had used grounds left from other guests. Ice machine in front not operational. Bed mattresses were very very uncomfortable. Other guests very loud and screaming late into the night.
