The staff was super friendly! We were able to park there while going to the park then our room was ready for us. The pool was a good temp and we spent a few hours out there. The only complaint was there was a decent amount of rust in the room but otherwise it was clean.

Our room was absolutely spotless, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Check-in and check-out were both quick and easy, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Nice, close to Knotts Berry Farm. Walked from the hotel to the park. Hotel had some deficiencies though, front door was hard to open with card key. Bathroom door did not lock. Hotel seems outdated. Needs a makeover. But locality is perfect if you are going to Knotts.
