The room is good for the price. I have stayed here a couple times over the years when we are going to Knott's berry farm. It's a place to sleep and shower. Walking distance to the park and Walgreens is right there also. Easy to get in and out of the parking. Staff are friendly. AC works good. Beds could use some updating I recommend bringing your own pillow. Theirs are hard and old.

I would have given my stay all five stars but there were a few things that prevented me from doing that. The first thing is that the TV in the room was not working. The other thing was that we noticed a few bugs in the room, it may have been because it was a little humid that day. Other than that are state was pleasant and relaxing.

We always stay here when we goto Knotts. As a family with three little ones it’s so convenient. Always clean and the staff was extremely kind and helpful. Dominos pizza is within walking distance which makes dinner a breeze after a long day of fun. Highly recommend and well def be back soon.

It is a older hotel but you can see how hard they are working to renivate it. Our room was clean & everyone I spoke to was very nice.

Easy stay right across the street from Knott’s Berry Farm. 10 min walk. Room was clean and serviced daily. Asked for extra towels and they were left with the housekeeping service. Pretty quiet (for Buena Park right across from Knott’s). Only complaint was the bathroom shower showed age and was rusted in several spots throughout the bathroom. But in all fairness, it is a coast city. 7 out of 10.

Front desk personnel, Lisa was very kind, friendly, and accommodating. She was flexible to our needs. Everything in the room was working properly, the fridge, the bathroom water fixtures, the fridge, the aircon, the lights and t.v. The only thing I could see that might be a concern with other guests is that the furnitures and bed are old. I like how the floors are not carpeted.
