Breakfast was limited, waffles , toast and cereal The room was okay but furniture was falling apart, side chair was very dirty. The flooring was ruined by a water leak and peeling and water stains on the baseboards, the pull out couch was not useable because half the springs were missing

Clean room fix smoke detector deodorizer the room change the sheets put screen door on window seem like people climb in from the outside clean the back parking lot a lot of homeless be hanging out there I wouldn’t come back to this hotel I know they have better room but they wouldn’t give me one even I ask the to change my room

Room was not completely clean and there were several cigarette holes in the blanket. Bathroom needs a number of repairs. I didn't have the breakfast so I can't speak on it. There was an open can of tuna on the lawn just outside the rooms looked to be left for a stray cat. The evening staff person at check-in was efficient if not that friendly, however the morning staff for checkout was very friendly with a wonderful smile.

Unfortunately, the room was not as described on the picture, everything was much older than it appeared, it was smelling terrible, and the air conditioning was making a loud noise all night long and we barely could sleep. I had previously booked for five nights, I ended up staying only one night and they refunded me the remaining four nights though.

We did not stay more than 20 minutes. It was absolutely disgusting and the smell of the room was an instant headache. I told front desk we were leaving and they never checked me out. They said to ask Expedia for refund. They would not give me one. Terrible experience and very unprofessional. Like I said the sketchy people at front desk never checked me out when we left

It was an ok room for a night and safe; however it should have been much cheaper to stay since it was a poor quality and not very well maintained. Other than that if you are passing through a need a place for the night it should be fine.

From the moment we walked in, I knew we were in for a rough experience. The entrance was disgusting—stained couch, filthy area rug, and a general sense of neglect. The man at the front desk couldn’t be bothered to greet us properly. No hello, no thank you, no courtesy whatsoever. The room? A complete disaster. Everything was old and ancient. The ceiling was bad, the floor looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years, and the furniture looked like it was falling apart. The bathtub was rusty, the sinks were stained, the shower curtain black! and water was leaking constantly. Mold was growing in the corners, and we were given barely enough towels. Noise was unbearable all night long—people shouting, doors slamming, zero soundproofing. The beds were so uncomfortable and impossible to sleep on. To make matters worse, our window faced a back alley that clearly had been used as a shelter by homeless individuals. It was heartbreaking and unsettling. I’ve never had such a terrible night’s sleep in my life! This place should not be operating as a hotel. Avoid at all costs. Sorry.

The staff was never around to answer. Questions towels were very hard to get the flooring was coming off in the hallways tripping hazards had to buy my own toilet paper because I could not find anyone dirty rooms. Very old mattresses. No mattress covers. Cannot call front desk parking very inconvenient. Ask them to put us on a bottom floor and they put us on the top floor. It definitely was a budget friendly stay only the breakfast ended by 845 every morning we couldn’t eat.

Great location and can sometimes have pretty good rates for their rooms. Their rooms are very spacious but were not the cleanest. The furniture is a bit dated. However, they do seem to be slowly renovating. The staff here are amazing. They’re super friendly and helpful. Parking can be tricky but keep in mind there are plenty of stalls in the back.
