The staff was never around to answer. Questions towels were very hard to get the flooring was coming off in the hallways tripping hazards had to buy my own toilet paper because I could not find anyone dirty rooms. Very old mattresses. No mattress covers. Cannot call front desk parking very inconvenient. Ask them to put us on a bottom floor and they put us on the top floor. It definitely was a budget friendly stay only the breakfast ended by 845 every morning we couldn’t eat.

The television looked blue the sink didn't work and opening the bedroom door was a headache with the card that didn't work and breakfast was a joke there was nothing but cheap cereal and juice that tasted very strange

Great location and can sometimes have pretty good rates for their rooms. Their rooms are very spacious but were not the cleanest. The furniture is a bit dated. However, they do seem to be slowly renovating. The staff here are amazing. They’re super friendly and helpful. Parking can be tricky but keep in mind there are plenty of stalls in the back.

Pros: 1. Room was clean 2.. Booked an additional night upon arriving one day early. Discussed cleaning room on 2nd morning, was told not a problem. Assistant Manager did an excellent job to correct the issues. 3. Breakfast was OK. Cons: 1. Musty smell upon entering. Once AC was flowing, it got better. 2. Room was not cleaned on Saturday as promised when I spoke to the young lady before leaving for the day on Saturday. Spoke to Mark, Assistant Manager and everything was worked out. 3.. Breakfast- a. fix the juice machine b. Add some type of fruit c. Add yogurts d. Variety of coffee creamers would be nice 4. Fix the hot tub!

Management is the poorest part of the stay ; they are irresponsible and none accessible; they lied to me all three time i went on my three day stay ! Just spend the extra money and go elsewhere ; my room had a dirty tub and addition it was also clogged that made me late to my conference

We got a non smoking room, it smelled like they have smoked in there. Honestly a lot of it needs to be upgraded. It’s definitely “you get what you paid for” The showerhead curtain was very dirty, and they even turned it around cause they had a lot of stains, The tub was not in the best conditions and when we turned on the water, it turned brown due to the rust, showerhead was also broken and spouted water. floors need to be taken care of better, they were very dirty. I probably wouldnt stay here again.

Tv broke the first night we were there took him a whole day to have it fixed.. all the plugs for the power cords are worn out The continental breakfast is a joke The juice machine has been broken for a long time. Didn’t even have water available to drink with breakfast The hot tub looks like it’s been broken for over a year

I walked into my room it smelled like cigarettes. When i woke up in the morning to use the bathroom I found a baby cockroach i smacked it. I'm disappointed.

Great beds & Pillows!!

Great beds, pillows were thick and great quality! Anika was great. Joseph was great also. DO NOT PARK UNDER THE TREES! Breakfast was ok. No meat or eggs. Just cereal, bread, waffles, juice, milk.

Bad experience

The room was out dated. Looked like they barely cleaned it other than the beds. The tub took 30 plus min to drain after a shower. The app said it had a microwave and didn’t have one in the room. The security door lock chain was broken and only half there. The spa was not working and pool looked dirty. At check in the the front desk asked for my id and deposit and talked o. The phone to someone in another language.

It was terrible. The A/c didnt work and it waa so hot where i was dripping wet. When i go to inform the office they responded to my complaint with yelling and the most disrespect i was shell shocked by the type of response i got....

They stole my money, i didnt stay the night and they did not want to give me a refund, i was supposed to stay from sept 14 to 17 but was only in the room for a couple of hours and found bugs and coachroaches in the room so i told them i didnt feel comfortable staying because i was getting bit, they didnt give me a refund and haven't contacted me in 3 days.
