The housekeeping staff needs to understand that guests expect basic communication in English, including being able to read and respect “Do Not Disturb” signs. From 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., they were making constant noise in the hallways, slamming doors, and disturbing guests. On top of that, the vending machines malfunctioned, and I was left having to chase my money back. When I booked through Expedia, I was told no deposit would be required. Yet, upon arrival, the front desk insisted on one, and I had no choice but to pay. This inconsistency is unacceptable. I am not going to continue leaving positive reviews for hotels that fail to train their staff properly or respect their customers. Hotels operate on guest trust, and when the environment becomes hostile or careless, it is not worth staying there. For the record, I am also a Wyndham Rewards Member, and I expect a much higher standard of service.

Definitely this location could use an upgrade. The hotel is stuck in 1990s and revitalizing the HoJo wiuld actually benefit the owners of this location. 3 outta 5 stars. It did the job however nothing to rave about.

Hi well the room was not very updated at all there was carved writing on the bathroom door and the air conditioner was super loud, the floors were dirty as my barefoot feet were grimy as I walked around the front desk people were friendly and helpful tho

Hotel front desk was good, the lobby smelled and very outdated. When we got to our room very dark, notice a stain on the bed, hair on bathroom floor and in the bathtub. The bathtub looks like if it had been ran thru so many times, years. Just horrible. My daughter also ended up forgetting her tablet and when I got home after Knotts soak city I went to do find my phone and it’s last location was the hotel so I called hotel they said they would look. So I called back took awhile to answer n they tried saying it was not there when I kept telling that’s the location it’s at. Well they ended finally saying they have it. Just overall bad.

Place is dirty, the garden is dirty not maintained, infested with bugs, roaches, stray cats Never expected a hotel like this poor to be in expedias list I don’t recommend t to anyone, it’s old okay, but dirty unacceptable, even found dirty socks behind the chair Embarrassing to have stayed in that hotel Housekeeping only in the daytime, it’s like an old motel in the Getto, not in the OC area is unfit to be operating Very disappointed in the condition of the place

Ok for what we paid

The location for food is great, but location for safety wasnt good. Alot of bums riding through the halls and outside of parking. There was an incident where the front desk staff came pounding on my door yelling at me because he could not get his point through my husband. Unprofessional and totally not ok to disrespect someone. The rooms need to updated as there was paint chips coming off the sink and walls. Continental breakfast was really continental, only cereal a waffle maker and toast bar.

Property below par on cleanliness and maintenance. Cracked tiles, chipped (multiple) sink, leaking faucet. Only good thing for the price, but next time I will pay more elsewhere. Breakfast was only carbs. No fruit, no eggs, nothing hot, so you better be ready for some cereal and waffles.
