Heather at check-in was great. My room waa clean and well stocked and everything functioned well. I don't understand why they won't get another microwave. Its very frustrating. They haven't had one for a while. I am an early riser and sometimes i need use of a microwave to heat water, etc.

El personal del hotel es muy grosero no saben cómo hablar con las personas aparte en los cuartos el baño estaba sucio y olía mal y no había toallas y l televisión no servía . Trate de hablar con el personal pero no tuve éxito alguno se portaron muy groseros y me dijieron que x el precio que había pagado estaba bien el cuarto

The TV didn’t wk, phone didn’t work my card fir the pool did t work… I over looked my check out date ( simple mistake-over site) no call , not allowed me ti pay for not only that day but wouldn’t rent … Me & my children only were on the property 5hrs a day as we work & go to school in Los Angeles.. #DisrepectfulAndRude #CheckOutClerk

This place was horrible the first room they gave us was horrible. The cigarette smell was extreme bathroom tubs were peeling or dirty. The walls in the bathroom were coming off. The bed had so many stains on the sheets I went down to ask for another room second room was worse smelled like mold or mildew mixed with cigarettes sheets were also very dirty bathroom tub also peeling there was a guy washing his clothes in the lobby laundromat and he was half naked I would not recommend anyone to stay here the staff she was a nice try to accommodate us, but this hotel I would not recommend
