Heather was excellent when checking in and during the entire stay. Rooms are small, queen size bed was uncomfortable with a dip in the middle. The pillows were as thin as a tortilla. Towels were old and small. The room was not serviced during our three night stay. There were two tiny soaps, no shampoo, facial tissue, no room safe, no refrigerator and one plastic chair to sit in. The windows were thin glass that kept out zero noise and there was an inch gap under the entry door. Great access to the interstate and multiple restaurants in the immediate area. I could not recommend this property unless there is nothing else available or you are on a very tight budget.

The first thing is there's not WIFI service, the AC was block so you couldn't change the temperature on it the room was hot as hell. I wouldn't stay there ever again!!!

A family vacation gone all wrong
Maria who claimed to be management, and Heather, front desk associate were absolutely horrible with customer service. I typed everything in detail into what happened but only allowed a certain amount of characters. Maria was very confrontational and cut me off when speaking and very demanding. My family will never step foot at the Motel 6 in Buena Park. I will be writhing a review in all outlets regarding this horrible experience with Maria and Heather. Stood there 4 days, beds were absolutely horrible, had to switch rooms after waking up and could hardly walk. The next morning we are being woke up my maintenance ordering us to get out the room because they will be doing “routine maintenance on our Ac unit”. That’s when I called front desk and spoke to Heather and Maria. Absolutely horrible customer service and poor management skills. We will never step foot in this poorly managed hotel ever again.
