Overall lovely experience… skipped the breakfast due to very limited options, great location within about a 10 minute, nice walk to Knott’s Berry Farm, if you’re going to Knott’s, this hotel is a great option for the value

The staff was nice, but our room was dirty. There were stains on the walls, hair in the bath tub, and something sticky on the floors. You can also hear EVERYTHING in the rooms next to you.

Overall, my stay was pleasant. The staff were courteous and the room was clean and comfortable. The location is also convenient. However, a few areas could be improved, such as [insert small issue...e.g., noise level, check-in time, Wi-Fi speed]. Despite that, it was a good experience, and I would consider staying here again.

I've stayed here several times. Many new changes since I last stayed. Room was clean. But the sliding bathroom door leaves no privacy. You can hear everything and see through the openings. The walls were paper thin and it was uncomfortable hearing the couple in the room next door! Bring next to the maintenance room was also very noisy in the mornings. Check in was quick and easy. Parking was good. Convenient for food and shopping and of course Knott's.

The staff was super kind!! we had to wait until the desk person was back from lunch to check in. Thankfully, the couches in the lobby are comfortable. The lobby is absolutely beautiful! And when we got to our room first appearance is OK. But looking at the mattress is a different story: they are still using old spring mattresses complete with sweat stains. The floor was so dirty that I made my feet black just walking through the room in the first 10 minutes. The shower has zero hot water. The bathroom sink had hot water, but it was hooked up backwards. We tried to shower again in the morning and there was still no hot water. The coffee for the coffee maker in the room is definitely better than the coffee in the lobby. It seems that they’ve done a lot of updating, but they’re forgetting some of the important stuff in the rooms. I’ve seen cleaner mattresses at Motel 6.

Looks are very deceiving in the pictures. The checkin area is nice but the hotel and rooms are ghetto. Also very basic breakfast just bagels muffins or waffles. It was okay, the location is great.
