The shower was leaking all night and also couldn't open the water for the shower because the handle was loose and once we finally got it running the water was cold and also when we grabbed a towel and unfolded a ball of hair came out

Over all great place!! Good size rooms. Only negative for me was the ice machine was in a whole separate building from my room and so it was not the most convenient to get to. Staff was super nice!!

Terrible service and experience

The front desk receptionist at check in was beyond rude. I reserved two rooms together, called at 4pm when check in began to ask if it was possible to have the rooms next to each other or at least close by and he told me that I would have to go in person to check in and they should be able to. So I left from the family event to go check in. Got there around 4:30 and he tried to say I only had one room booked. Was rude the entire conversation. After we finally got it sorted out, he just handed me the second key and when I asked if the rooms were close by he simply said “nope” and turned away. The rooms were basically on the completely opposite sides of the hotel. The parking lot behind the hotel had a bunch of random creepy looking guys in regular attire (even some with no shirts on) smoking and sweeping a specific area of the parking lot? It was weird and random. They just stared as the cars passed by. When we got to the rooms, as soon as we entered we were hit by a burst of heat. Immediately had to turn on the AC. The hair dryer did not work. The phone did not work. The drawers would not stay shut when we closed them (they kept rolling back out slowly). The fan in the bathroom was broken and exposed and VERY loud. There were left over used toiletries in the bathtub. The front door had a huge gap at the bottom of it which was definitely a safety concern knowing there were random people hanging out in the parking lot. Will NEVER book here again!!

The pool was open and felt any one can come in (outsiders) since there was one side of the door open and didn't require a room key card which I found odd since there was no communication towards it when checking in.. The room also had a distinctive smell and supposably said, "no smoking of any kind," but felt like the previous renters did and the suite wasn't very clean. The AC didn't work in the extra spare room and light took a while to turn on by the bathroom sink. Not the greatest place to stay, but close the Knott's.

Staff was amazing , complimentary continental breakfast, easy parking, lots of space and room. The suite is a bit outdated though, pullout futon couch was not comfortable. Faucet Fixtures were loose. The staff was great, front desk agents were friendly. Housekeeping staff was tentative. One thing I disliked was that we were roomed in between a loud family. They were up past midnight making noise and banging things. They were posted outside their room partying and drinking. Other than that, it’s the best property if you are looking for budget, space, and complimentary continental breakfast
