The room was good, they accommodated me like I asked on the 1st floor due to a knee injury. Only issue was the heater auto function was not working properly so I had to leave it on high for the heat to come out. Other than that it was good, thats why we always stay here. Staff is friendly and is near everything.

I'm not sure where to start, rather I would like to tell Travolocity that you are a big and reputable company, and we, the customers, rely on the information you provide us to book the trip. Please don't deceive your customers with flashy pictures.
