I had requested a certain room for the Elderly, but did NOT get what I specified upon booking the room. I was told by a staff member during CHECK-IN,that they CANNOT See certain request on their computers? WHY is this an issue? It is well appreciated when you are given what you've paid for in advance!

The room was very neat and didn’t smell weird! The breakfast was always very tasty and well organized. I like that there is multiple entrances you can come through with the key. All staff super sweet and so helpful!

This hotel was good and did its purpose. Check in was fast. Room was spacious. It felt nice but once I pulled down the window shade there were stains and the cushion had a stain. The bathroom barn door did not completely close. Breakfast was basic.
