The property is very well maintained, inside and out. We had 2 one night stays a week apart. Both rooms were clean and fresh looking. The bathtubs were remarkably sparkling! Better than at many higher end, national name brand hotels. The staff was terrific. Welcoming and friendly. This was true from the front desk staff to the housekeeping staff to the maintenance man. Plenty of parking available. The only negative was traffic noise. Double or triple paned windows would reduce the noise. Our rooms faced Knott ave. Otherwise, we would definitely stay again.

Absolute nightmare from start to finish. Extremely disparagingly concerning slow checkout process. 45 people in the lobby and they kept coming. One staff member who I’m not joking literally checked in three people in an hour and 15 minutes we timed it. I think he shut down from the stress or something and when I spoke with him in the next day as nice as he is, I think there might be some type of learning disorder because like it made no sense rooms were disgusting. The room was disgusting. There was a gigantic wide of hair wrapped around the drain mechanism. It was so violent in the bathroom. I didn’t even wanna shower. I checked the bed just to make sure there weren’t bedbugs. It was that gross and the.

The staff was super nice we were upgraded complimentary due to the occupancy needs of the hotel which made our daughter’s birthday even better. I will say though that the bathroom was a bit left and the curtain on the inside was disgusting and covered in brown stains. There was also a dead bug that was killed on the wall between the mirror and the shower it looked like it was painted over. Also when the room was refreshed the beds were not done but new towels were delivered. Other than that it was a nice stay. It was the perfect distance from knotts and Disneyland for us. We will be back again soon.

Check in was easy. The hotel was great and very clean for a very good rate. The front desk people were very courteous. Our room was comfortable and we appreciated the mini fridge. We will definitely stay there again
