Checking in took ages as my bank card did not work. In the end the staff worked out that I could simply make a bank transfer but I had been in the lobby for an hour by then. The bedroom when I finally got to it was a bit cold. Great breakfast however and I appreciated getting a free drink as a reward for not requesting fresh towels daily.

Staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Location was excellent and the reception area was modern and inviting. However unfortunately the 4 star rating is not reflected in the rooms. The room we had 405 was in need of maintenance . The bathroom tiles and grout had black mould in multiple areas in the bathroom.The sink plughole was rusty .the shower screen left a dirt mark on the bath when moved and showed clearly a lack of cleaning for a while. Toilet tiles were cracked and also had grey mould. Several areas were of the paintwork were dirty and chipped. Seat in the room was stained. In general the room felt grubby. We would have asked to move room but we arrived at midnight on day 1 and were too tired and we were only staying 2 nights so did not want to spend the short break arguing about moving rooms Considering the price we paid during the Christmas market period, it certainly was NOT 4star standard. I would not stay in this chain of hotels again.

Friendly and efficient staff, excellent location and my room had an excellent work station and the bed was comfortable, for a brief overnight stay I could not ask for more!

For the price the hotel was not up to the standard. The elevator was dirty with dark fingerprints in the wall and the floor of the elevator dirty. The bedroom was nice and clean but the shower was so small that once I manage to slip in between the sink and the wall I could not bend to clean my knees. The soap smell weird. The breakfast was great but it started too late for business. 6:30 would have been more appropriated than 7. Time you need to leave to be on time at the airport or at the business office. The people was very kind and service was nice.

Location was fantastic. Short walk from Brussels central and close to grand place, shops and restaurants! Room and bathroom especially shower is very small and in need of an update. Very strong unpleasant fragrance in lobby area. Not really a 4 star. Staff are friendly.

The hotel is conveniently located in the center of all activities- 5 minutes walk to the Grand Place, 2 minutes walk to Cathedral Saint Michael, and within 10 minutes of the music instrument museum. Highly recommended.

Nice room, in an excellent location..staff were very helpful and let us check in early. A nice touch with offering a free drink when you don’t have your room cleaned…just had to ask a few times for milk and extra coffe…overall highly recommended 👍
