We were very disappointed with our room. The bathroom was especially problematic—there was barely any space in the shower, causing the doors to open while showering and water to flood the floor. The towels were extremely thin and didn’t dry properly. The toilet area was so narrow that my shoulders could hardly fit, and there was almost no counter space at the basin for toiletries. The lighting throughout the room was poor, making the entire space feel dark and uninviting. The bed was uncomfortable, and the windows did very little to block the loud street noise. The only positive aspect of our stay was the wonderful staff, who were kind and helpful

Location great. Hotel in general was as expected. The towels and amenities in the room are frat boy quality. Not everyone coming to Brussels is just looking for a bed to pass out in. I did not need a four star hotel, but I expect to have good towels. The hotel is in immediate control of items like that. Overall good experience. I went mid range on the price and the hotel missed mid range on quality. Bottom line, bring your own bath towels.

Very well located near the Grand Place, friendly staff and nice breakfast. Sadly, our room was outdated and need serious improvement. The paint on the ceiling was peeling and the bathroom must be 30 years old.

I was checked into a room and when I got in someone's stuff was already there. Washbag, suitcase etc. Major security breach. I know mistakes happen but a free breakfast or some kind of offer would have been appreciated

The hotel is in very good condition. Bedrooms and facilities are very good too. The breakfast was really good and the restaurant has enough space. A lot of options for dinner but it's not a very quiet place if you get a room facing the street, as there are several restaurants that close late at night.

Great place to stay in Brussels

Great hotel in a great location. Excellent customer service. Great breakfast and thoughtful free cold drinks available in reception. The second time I have stayed here. I appreciate the international clientèle, which you don't see so much in the big hotel chains.

The room was huge. King sized bed very good. Staff very nice. Breakfast fantastic. Bed pillows small and only one each - improvement needed. The shower glass divider door was awful. The water went everywhere on the floor like a river. Big gap in the divider. Actual shower was great. Would come here again. Central position was fabulous.
