The room was quite small and the fridge had iced over in the ice box as the door didn’t shut that well. Car parking was good and the take away shop across the road was handy. Glad it was only for one night.

Room was fine, staff disappointing when contacted for possible late checkout for one hour as we arrived very late due to flight delays previous night. They asked for $30 for one hour ! Then, we raced back after having breakfast out as the breakfast facility at property not open on weekends ? We were so shocked to find we had been locked out of our room ( bags still inside) it was 3 minutes past 10am ( checkout time ) and then to discover the cleaners had already started in our room ! Not appropriate AT ALL, breach of privacy!!

Room is a bit dated, but was clean and tidy, and sufficiently comfortable for what we needed. Air-con worked amazing, must-have for Brisbane! Undercover parking was fantastic. I liked the option for potential early check in. And the shower had THE MOST AMAZING water pressure ever which was fantastic after a long day of sweating it out at a festival!

Our room was great. It was not explained to us that we could park at Reception to unload luggage. We made our way directly to the carpark then discovered we had to haul luggage up a flight of stairs. At our age (in our 70's) that was not a happy experience
