The pool area was good, towels laid out every morning, very fortunate it was open during our one week stay (sometimes closed due to renovation). All in all it was a great stay, close to all amenities. We had a high floor, so it was quiet when door was closed. We couldn’t rate breakfast as we don’t have it. Staff was helpful and polite. Good coffee down stairs. Will definitely stay again.

Loved the hotel, clean and friendly staff. Only complaint - as I am 68 years old , the shower over the bath was not age friendly. Bath tub very slippery . Need one of those grip mats on the base of tub! Otherwise I had a very nice time at the Novotel .

Location is very good with all amenities within few mins walk, breakfast is very good with lots of options including for kids & vegetarians. Hotel itself is quite tired & old and currently under renovations. Room we stayed in was ok but bathroom is very tiny with no much room. however, house keeping was very good, beds made daily, rubbish removed and towels replaced without having to ask for any of these.

The hotel is an amazing part of surfers paradise, with all ammeneties at your doorstep, the downside is the hotel room itself. It looks clean but when you look closer the rlbedding is absolutely disgusting. Matress and matress protector had yello stains and for some reason there was a towel placed under the matress protector. The pillows were also yellow and discoloured. After we alerted the staff of this they then brought in all new pillows and a new matress even from another room i am assuming. Better to pay more money and stay somewhere where u know the cleanliness standard is high

Novotel surfers paradise hotel is on great location. Walking distance for beach and even you can see beach from your hotel room. Room was clean and staff was very nice and kind. Highly recommended. I would love to stay again in novotel surfers paradise hotel.
