Our stay at Novotel Surfers Paradise was nothing short of excellent. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Surfers, just a short stroll to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, with lovely views that made waking up each morning a joy. The staff were warm, professional, and always willing to help—whether it was with directions, recommendations, or just a friendly smile. The facilities, including the pool and gym, were well maintained and added so much to our stay. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful, with a great variety to suit everyone. Great location! Our room upgrade was such a beautiful surprise - the view was just amazing! Close to everything. Shops next door. Lovely buffet breakfast. A few mins from the beach. Very clean. Staff were always so friendly & willing to assist. Overall fantastic service, with a smile! Can’t wait to return when the pool has been fully renovated.
